Hair Artistry

Through the years, Jewel committed herself to achieving her dream of becoming a professional freelance hair artist for photography and multi-media. She worked side by side with some the valley's leading photographers so to learn the skills needed to become an excellent photographic hair designer. Her skills are utilized regularly for photographers on magazine photo shoots and model portfolios.

Her dream of becoming a commercial artist became her reality in 2003 with the Arizona Cardinal's Cheerleaders 2004 Swimsuit Calendar. Jewel's commercial styling and celebrity accomplishments have been published on the covers and within various magazines such as Arizona Bride & Groom, Post, Star, Us Weekly, In Touch, and Beauty Launchpad. This new demand in freelance assignments allowed Jewel to take her dream and make it a reality by creating ArtisticFreelance.com in 2005.
